TREASURE's YouTube Channel Hits 1 Billion Views

On January 24, TREASURE's official YouTube channel, "TREASURE (트레저)," reached 1 billion views. Aside from that, the channel has 4.96 million subscribers as of January 24.

Their music video for "BOY" from their first single album "The First Step : Chapter One" has 102,384,139 views, and currently has the highest number of views in TREASURE's YouTube channel

To celebrate this milestone, their fans - Treasure Makers - took their happiness for the group on Twitter by trending the hashtags, "#TREASURE_1B_YouTube_Views" and "#TREASURE".

TREASURE Drops Official Teaser for First Mini-Album 'THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE'

On January 24, YG Entertainment posted the concept film of TREASURE's first mini-album on their official YouTube channel.

For the past three days, four individual teaser videos have been released every day, and the puzzle pieces of 12 people have all been put together.

Aside from that, the highlight melody of the songs in the new album was unveiled in this video, where blazing flames on the hot air balloon lever along with the tension-inducing beat show TREASURE's strong and energetic charm.

Moreover, the melody used as the background music made the listeners' shoulders shake with a more uplifting atmosphere and a lighter brass sound than in the previously unveiled section.

The title of the song has not yet been revealed, but YG Entertainment said, "It is a song that stands out with the sweet piano melody and the elegant falsetto singing of the members."

TREASURE is set to drop their first mini-album "THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE" on February 15. Unlike the previous "THE FIRST STEP" series, as much as starting with a mini-album, more new songs and more activities are expected to be showcased by the group.

TREASURE's Pre-Orders for 'THE SECOND STEP: CHAPTER ONE' Exceeds 600,000 Copies in Eight Days

On January 20, pre-orders for TREASURE's first mini-album, have exceeded 600,000 copies in about eight days.

This pre-order total sales is twice the number of individual album sales of TREASURE, making them have the highest number of sales among YG rookies.

With only a few weeks left until the release of TREASURE's physical album, the group began their promotional activities. Due to this, the volume of the final order is expected to increase.

TREASURE Appears on Gaon Chart's We Pick! Awards 2021

Last December, TREASURE made an appearance on Gaon Chart's Facebook Premiere of "We Pick! Awards 2021." The details were revealed in a full version video on Gaon Chart's YouTube channel.

The "We Pick Awards," in which TREASURE appeared, is a unique type of awards ceremony in which only songs of the artists who attended are ranked and awards are immediately announced, unlike the existing music awards that competed with other artists and takes days for the fan vote to conclude.
