On February 12, Stray Kids held their fan meeting, "LoveSTAY." During the event, the boys of Stray Kids covered EXO's hit song "Call Me Baby." The performance has since attracted the attention online.
Stray Kids is a group known for their strong performance skills and talents in dancing.

When it was revealed they were covering EXO — a group known for members' vocal skills — it was believed Stray Kids would simply perform the dance.

While Stray Kids surprised the audience by singing the song live well, the group disappointed fans with the choreography, with people saying the group looked out of place and messy. Some also claimed it appeared Stray Kids only know the basic choreography of the song and not the little details, with the members showing a lack of harmony on stage.

People often have high expectations for Stray Kids' stages due to their reputation as performance-dols. Because of that, others slammed Stray Kids for their lackluster performance of EXO's "Call Me Baby," claiming the stage looked boring and did not live up to EXO's performance.

Some comments concerning Stray Kids' cover of "Call Me Baby" read, "The dance part looks so messy. It is different from the other Stray Kids stages I know," "Wow, Stray Kids' dancing was so boring today," and "They could not live up to EXO-sunbaenim."

Still, two members received praise from the audience: Han and I.N. Han is known as a rapper, but he was able to show off an impressive high note during the performance.
On the other hand, I.N is "like a fish in water" while performing with this concept. I.N was complimented for his charismatic and captivating performance.
Others added that Felix could not perform due to his herniated disc, which could be why Stray Kids appeared messy. As they were unable to adjust the performance on time, they lacked harmony during the fan meeting.
