BLACKPINK Styling in Recent Video Draws Mixed Opinions
The BLACKPINK girls have gathered together again! On February 14, BLACKPINK uploaded a video to YouTube titled "BLACKPINK 2022 WELCOME COLLECTION PREVIEW." In the video, the girls are seen taking photos for the upcoming photobook and taking time to answer fans' questions.

When the girls were seen taking their individual shots, many loved the lovely atmosphere each girl possessed. As the girls are known for also being models, they all appeared comfortable in front of the camera. However, when the BLACKPINK members came together to answer fans' questions, many questioned the members' styling.

People claimed that the members' styling lacked harmony as if they were not a group. For example, Rosé and Jennie are wearing long skirts, but they still do not match. Rosé pairs an olive green short-sleeved polo top with an off-white midi skirt. On the other hand, Jennie sticks to a monochromatic style, wearing a baby blue cardigan, skirt and a headband.

While people liked Jennie's outfit, the stylist was criticized for the wrinkles at the bottom of the skirt.

People were even more confused with Jisoo and Lisa's clothing choices. Their whole outfits cannot be seen since their laps are covered with blankets. However, it is assumed that they are wearing short skirts. Jisoo is wearing a purple long-sleeved top with a dark purple corset. Many did not appreciate this look, saying it makes Jisoo look dark and her upper body appears heavy.
Lisa is wearing a short-sleeved cardigan over a white blouse. While people liked her top, they were not fond of her bright yellow high heels and pastel yellow high socks.

Viewers claim that BLACKPINK's visuals are what saved their styling choices. Others were thankful that at least their make-up matches, as all the members rocked pink-orange make-up. People also appreciated that Rosé and Jisoo both had their hair tied in pigtails, though Jisoo's was done in braids.
