During an interview with Clinique, Kim Chungha shared her go-to routine to keep her skin flawless and glowing after a long and tiring day at work.

In contrast to other Korean stars who follow a 10-step skincare regimen, Chungha only sticks to a three-step process. "I wear heavy stage makeup, so getting all of that off my face is super important," the songstress said.

The first step in Kim Chungha's skincare routine is cleansing. The solo queen will wash her face using a cleanser to remove all of the makeup from her face.

After that, the "Snapping" singer will gently apply a clarifying lotion, a liquid exfoliating lotion, over her face and neck to get rid of any residue and debris. Clarifying lotion is another term for skin toner and is specifically made for people with dry and combination skin (dry or normal in some areas and oily in others).

Finally, Chungha will put on an oil-control gel and a "Fatigue Active Cartridge Concentrate" to keep her skin hydrated. The Korean star particularly uses products of Clinique, for which she serves as the brand ambassador. The Clinique iD for Fatigue quickly gives skin energized radiance with taurine.
The solo singer said that even if she feels exhausted, her skin never looks that way thanks to her three-step skincare routine.

As the interview with Clinique went on, the "Roller Coaster" singer shared that she never leaves the house without applying sunscreen. Sunscreen is a daily must - it protects skin against the harmful effects of UVA and UVB rays, which can bring about hyperpigmentation and premature aging.
Apart from applying skincare products, Chungha also takes vitamins to get clear skin. And, according to her, her skin has become brighter since she started taking them.

Meanwhile, Kim Chungha is revealed to be one of the nominees at the 19th annual Korean Music Awards.

Unlike the other South Korean music awards, which usually use sales figures as a prime criterion in determining the winner, the Korean Music Awards considers musical achievement as its major criterion.
Among the categories, Kim Chungha is included in the Best K-pop Album category. Her 2021 full album "Querencia" is going against aespa's "Savage," BoA's "BETTER," CL's "ALPHA" and SHINee's "Atlantis."

"Querencia" was released on Feb. 15 last year and consists of a total of 21 songs including the title track "Bicycle" and the pre-release tracks "X," "PLAY" and "Stay Tonight." It is the soloist's best-selling album in the first week to date as it sold 12,994 total copies - her first work to surpass 10,000 copies in the first seven days of release.
