When it comes to comebacks and releasing new music, companies like to keep any comeback details heavily under wraps to build up the fans' level of excitement and anticipation, and eventually surprising them with their favorite idols' new music.

However, there are numerous times when the K-Pop group or idol themselves spoil their own comeback! With that, here are five times when they hilariously spoiled their own comeback!

1. TXT Taehyun

Back on May 13, 2020, TXT held a Naver V LIVE broadcast to chat with fans. As the members were just casually talking to one another, member Taehyun suddenly sang a line from their unreleased song at that time, "Can't You See Me?," pretty innocently.

However, his fellow members ended up freezing on the spot as he accidentally spoiled the song, with Taehyun not realizing he did so. However, they were able to play it off as best as they can, even after Hueningkai screamed!

2. ATEEZ Jongho

A lot of the times, idols have a hard time trying to contain themselves from giving any spoilers. However, ATEEZ's Jongho took the opportunity to do so when he saw it. In August 2019, ATEEZ held a live broadcast, and the members can be seen joking around.

At one point, the members started asking each other "who they belonged to," with member Wooyoung saying he belongs to his mom (eomma) in an aegyo voice. Hearing this, Jongho decided to sing a line from their song "Wonderland," and sang "oh my-my way," which sounded like "eomma." The members? Shook.

3. GOT7 Youngjae

In 2016, GOT7 members Youngjae, Mark, and Bambam had a live broadcast where they were seen playing with Youngjae's dog, Coco, by pretending that she was able to talk with the members in an "interview." As Youngjae was holding Coco, he suddenly made her dance while singing a line from their song "Fly," to which Mark ended up hilariously screaming that Youngjae said a spoiler numerous times, while the others ended up laughing.

With Mark's reaction, it seemed like he was the one who gave the spoiler though!

4. Jeon Somi

Back on March 2, Jeon Somi held a live broadcast on Instagram to chat with fans. In particular, the idol was on her way to a studio at her label, The Black Label's building. As she was checking around the building to look for a place to stay, she accidentally opened a room that was playing an unreleased song, supposedly, for BLACKPINK's highly-awaited comeback!

While she didn't technically spoil her own song, it was a big accidental spoiler that left many BLACKPINK fans thanking her, as it gave them hope that the group would be making a comeback soon!

5. VICTON

While others accidentally spoil a part of their song, nothing beats VICTON's hilarious spoiler - leaking their entire unreleased music video! Prior to the release of VICTON's music video for "Remember Me," the group held a Naver V LIVE broadcast to have a chat with fans and celebrate their comeback.

During the broadcast, the members wanted to show fans the teaser video, however, they ended up showing about 30 seconds of their unreleased music video by accident instead. Needless to say, the members had a breakdown and immediately started checking the internet for it! Truly iconic.
