In the afternoon of March 30 KST, Girls' Generation member Sooyoung recently held a surprise Q&A session over on her personal Instagram account. She answered some random questions sent in by fans.
Sooyoung answered questions about drama recommendations, what to eat for dinner, and anything under the sun. However, one question from a fan caught the attention of both Girls' Generation fans, SONE, and netizens.
In the question sent in by the fan, they asked Sooyoung to give "just one word about your 15th anniversary."

To this, Sooyoung shared a beautiful mirror picture of herself, along with the simple and teasing words saying, "Are you ready?"
Naturally, Sooyoung's answer had caused a frenzy among SONEs. They were excited because the idol-actress may have just teased Girls' Generation's potential and highly-awaited comeback in celebration of the group's 15th anniversary since their debut.

Although Sooyoung's answer seem a little vague and could mean another thing in the midst of their anniversary, many are still betting that they are returning with new music soon.
Netizens who saw Sooyoung's Instagram Story said, "Is Soshi (Girls' Generation) really coming back?"
"I have been ready for five years already."
"Really? Wow, it seems like Girls' Generation is coming back. I am always ready."
"This is real."
"I am already ready, only Girls' Generation is missing."
"I guess it is real."
"I am always waiting for you."
"This is crazy."

Meanwhile, it has been nearly five years since Girls' Generation released new music together as a whole group. Their last release was their sixth studio album "Holiday Night" back in August 2017. It celebrated their 10th debut anniversary.
Following the conclusion for the promotions of their "Holiday Night" album, members Sooyoung, Seohyun, and Tiffany parted ways with SM Entertainment to focus on their individual activities.
However, despite being under different labels, the members still keep close contact with each other and hold get togethers from time to time.
