LE SSERAFIM Kim Garam's Accused of School Violence + Source Music Releases Statement
On April 6, LE SSERAFIM member Kim Garam was accused of being a school bully. An internet user claiming to be a middle school classmate accused the female idol of bullying juniors who did not greet her well and smoking and drinking underage.

The idol was also accused of sharing sexually inappropriate posts on social media. For reference, Kim Garam was born in 2005 and is 17 years old.

Following the accusations, Source Music launched an investigation. They then released a statement denying the claims.

Source Music claims instances were edited maliciously to problematize past events. They also claimed that a third party confirmed that Kim Garam was a victim of cyberbullying and malicious rumors when she was a middle school student. Rumors that Kim Garam was a trainee at a different agency were also false.

Source Music added that they would be taking legal action against those who spread exaggerated rumors or fake content concerning their artist.

Following Source Music's statement, an internet user claimed that Kim Garam's middle school friends, who are reportedly bullies, began threatening the person who exposed the idol. The alleged friends have been calling the victim out on social media and revealing their real names online.

The internet user shared a screenshot of the comments left by Kim Garam's friends with the message,

"I will report the girls who are attacking and ridiculing the victims. They are exposing the victim's real identity, not the perpetrator's. The victim has a lot to disclose, but they stay silent out of fear of harming the people around them. But Kim Garam's friends call out the victim and ask why they exposed her. Please help."
Many hope that the situation gets resolved for the victim and hope they no longer get bullied. Many left comments such as, "So Kim Garam's friends are still bullies," "I feel so bad for the victim, "The bullying isn't past tense; they are still bullying her," and more.
