On May 1, a user on Nate Pann shared a post pointing out the coincidence in NCT member Haechan and ITZY member Ryujin's pet names. Many are taking this as another sign that the two idols are dating.
Ryujin has two cats named Byul and Dal. Byul means star, while Dal means moon.

On the other hand, Hachan has a dog name Woojoo. In Korean, this translates to universe.

As both pet names are related to space, people believe the couple purposely named their pets in a way that connects to them. The user who shared the post noted that even if it is just a coincidence, it is fate that their pet names are so similar.
Meanwhile, many who saw the post reacted negatively. They believe that though they are not confirmed to be dating, the "hint" the two idols have left makes it apparent they are seeing each other. Many believe the two idols should just come out and announce their relationship instead of fooling the fans.

'Proof' Concerning NCT Haechan & ITZY Ryujin's Relationship
This is not the first time Ryujin and Haechan have been accused of dating.
In May 2021, Haechan was holding a solo live stream through V Live. The idol used his personal iPad tablet to read fans' comments, while another device was used for streaming.
As he held his iPad, his V Live application was exposed. There, it was revealed he only follows two channels with his personal account — NCT and ITZY.

The male idol appeared flustered, and he quickly shielded his iPad from view.

It was also speculated that Haechan bought Ryujin a necklace from Tiffany & Co. This is because Haechan was spotted browsing the store in April, and Ryujin shared a selfie wearing a necklace from the brand in May.
