"Is it hard to say hi?" Following the arrival of BTS V, BLACKPINK Lisa and Park Bo Gum in Korea from Paris, people raised their brows at the male idol for his attitude.

At the airport, some questioned V's actions of not greeting fans and media. Here's what the idol did.

While fans were delighted that BTS V returned from Paris, France after a fashion show, some criticized his attitude.

The issue sparked when BTS V entered Korea on June 28 through the Gimpo Business Aviation Center after attending a fashion show held in Paris for luxury brand Celine.

Originally, BTS V, Lisa and Park Bo Gum are set to arrive at 8:55 a.m. KST, but due to a delayed flight, they reached the airport at 12:20 p.m. KST.

At that time, numerous fans and media were waiting for more than four hours, but everything was worth it when the stars appeared one by one.

BLACKPINK Lisa and Park Bo Gum greeted the reporters and fans brightly and even gave them cute poses. V, on the other hand, went inside his vehicle as soon as the door opened.

As soon as this incident circulated online, people expressed mixed reactions. They were frustrated about the attitude of the "Butter" singer and commented:

"I'm getting embarrassed."

"Is it so hard to greet once?"

"The attitudes (between Lisa, V, Park Bo Gum) are too comparable."

But some also defended the idol, saying:

"Do you curse because you feel inferior?"

"He usually doesn't do that, so it's okay to do it once."

"If I'm tired, I can do that."

BTS V Apologizes on Weverse After Backlash

When this incident made headlines questioning the global star's attitude, it was not long before V took to Weverse to convey his apology to both the media and ARMYs.

BTS V said:

"We've arrived. Reporters, ARMY, I'm sorry I got in the car right away. You've been waiting for a long time, right? I brought a present."

Along with his post were photos attached. One of the images was a picture of himself captured at the airport. The second photo then featured numerous stars in the night sky, which seemed to be taken by an aircraft.

Although the "Dynamite" singer didn't explain why he immediately left the airport, some guess that V succumb to jet lag.

ARMYs also defended the star that on top of the delayed flight, V has been working hard in the past days and that he deserves to rest and peaceful arrival.
