Who is VIXX N?
Cha Hak Yeon, more commonly known by his stage name N, is a South Korean singer and a member of the second generation boy group VIXX. N made his debut as the leader, main dancer, lead vocalist, and center of the group back in May of 2012.
Prior to making his debut, N competed on the Mnet survival reality show "MyDOL" to become a part of VIXX. He was also featured in the music videos of Brian Joo's "Let This Die" and Seo In Guk's "Shake It Up."

VIXX is known for their performances that are designed to tell a concept or story, and with N's passion for dancing, it makes him the perfect member for the group.

Before making his debut as a member of VIXX, N has joined numerous dance competitions in his youth. In fact, he has an extensive dance background, and specializes in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop. He even won various competitions held by YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and SM Entertainment.
2. N created choreographies.

With his passion for dancing and performances, it's no wonder N lent his talents to create choreographies for other artists! For his own group VIXX, N created the choreography for the songs "Desperate," "G.R.8.U," "Light Up The Darkness," and "Starlight," with the latter being for the group's Otakon performance. N also did the choreography for MYTEEN's "Take It Out," and was the group's dance teacher.
3. N is an actor.

Like plenty of idols, N also ventured in pursuing an acting career. Since his debut, he has so far acted in dramas such as "Hotel King," "Cheer Up!," "Tunnel," "Children of Nobody," "Tomorrow Boy," and "Bad and Crazy," among others. Aside from dramas, N also participates in musicals, such as "In The Heights," "Interview," and the military musical "Return: The Promise of the Day."
4. N was a torchbearer for the 2018 Winter Olympics.

South Korea hosted the 2018 Winter Olympics at the Pyeongchang Olympic Stadium. As part of the opening ceremony, N and his fellow VIXX member Leo were chosen to be one of the people carrying the torch in the relay. Other idols and celebrities also participated as a torchbearer.
