'Rookie Monster' Kep1er Wins New ROTY Trophy
In the recent K-Global Heart Dream Awards held in Jamsil Students' Gymnasium in Seoul on August 25, 2022, rookie girl group Kep1er has won another rookie award.
Kep1er Scores Rookie Award At the 2022 K-Global Heart Dream Award
Formed through MNET's survival competition show "Girls' Planet 999," the nine-member girl group Kep1er received their third "Rookie of the Year" award this year.
During their acceptance speech, leader Yujin thanked their fans (Kep1ans) and promised they will pay back their fans with greater performances in the future. Japanese member, Mashiro, added that they got the award because of the unending love and support from their fans.
As she ended the speech, she shared that Kep1er will make Kep1ians proud by doing more for them in the future.
Correspondingly, Kep1ians have trended on Twitter with hashtags #Kep1er_KGLOBAL_SUPERROOKIE and #케플러_케이글로벌_신인상. Many celebrated the girl group's winning moment on Twitter and other social platforms.
IVE, LE SSERAFIM Win At K-Global Heart Dream Award
Kep1er was not the only group that won the award at the ceremony. Fellow K-pop rookies IVE and LE SSERAFIM also took home trophies.
LE SSERAFIM won the "K Global Best Music Video Award," alongside girl group DREAMCATCHER and boy groups Golden Child and SF9.

On the other hand, rookie girl group IVE won a Bonsang (Main Prize), together with ITZY, TXT, THE BOYZ, Kang Daniel, NCT DREAM, Oh My Girl, Heize, and PSY.
Of course, an awards show is not complete without BTS winning an award. This time, they won the "Global Favorite Boy Group Popularity Award," and the counterpart was clinched by TWICE.

Both groups were not present to take their awards both of them recorded their "thank you" speeches to fans who voted for them. According to a report, TWICE said:
"We received a special award at the '2022 K Global Heart Dream Awards'. It is even more special in that it is an award received through 100% voting. Thank you for always supporting us by our side."
The "Global Favorite Male Solo Popularity Award" was received by Kang Daniel, and the counterpart was won by IU. Moreover, Kang Daniel also received the "Global Favorite Fandom Donation Award."
Oh My Girl, THE BOYZ, and fromis_9 scored the "K Global Best Performance Award." Meanwhile, NCT DREAM was the sole recipient of the "K Global Best Artist."

For the "Best Music" award, it was given to groups TXT and ITZY.
Heize won the "Global OST" award.
As for the "K Global Producer Award," it was given to veteran singer and CEO of P NATION, PSY
