The K-pop boy groups attending the event consists of MONSTA X, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, THE BOYZ, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, and Tempest. They are also followed with stages from duo Moonbin & Sanha from ASTRO, Super Junior Ryeowook, WEi Kim Yohan, and SF9 Taeyang.
For the female K-pop groups, the lineup includes MAMAMOO, OH MY GIRL's Arin, Weki Meki Choi Yoo Jung, (G)I-DLE, ITZY, aespa, Billlie, IVE, CLASS:y, Kep1er, and NMIXX. They are also followed by band Jaurim, together with vocal groups Koyote and FORESTELLA.
2022 MBC Music Festival will also be graced by soloists Jo Sumi, Yoon Jong Shin, 10CM, Younha, Young Tak, Song Ga In, Lee Mu Jin, Chuu, BIG Naughty, Jung Dong Won, BE-O, Choi Yena.
It will be hosted by Jang Sung Kyu, SNSD YoonA, and 2PM Junho.
