Notably, the quartet surpassed British girl group Spice Girls, who made $78.2 million with their world tour "Spice World - 2019 Tour" in over 13 shows.

On April 19, BLACKPINK appeared on "The Late Late Show with James Corden," where they were featured on its "Carpool Karaoke" segment.

BLACKPINK replied:

"Since I was young, I used to listen to the radio and then their song came out and I was like, 'Oh, I was vibing with them."

"We really liked how they have their own individual characters. That was something that we were aiming for and it was such an iconic girl group, and that history we grew up listening to."
