In a broadcast, "Thai Line" BamBam and Minnie recalled their first meeting through BLACKPINK Lisa, a fellow idol from Thailand.

BamBam, Minnie Recall Their First Meeting: 'Lisa introduced you to me'

(G)I-DLE Minnie and GOT7 BamBam mentioned how they became friends through BLACKPINK Lisa.

On May 19, GOT7 BamBam's YouTube web show, "Bam House" unveiled a new episode featuring (G)I-DLE Minnie. Aside from being colleagues, the two were friends for six years and both members of the squad called "Thai Line" comprised of K-pop idols from Thailand.

In the released video then, BamBam started the episode by introducing his special guest Minnie, which will also be his last guest for his show's Season 1.

Upon seeing each other, the close friends started catching up with each other, Minnie updating BamBam about her recent release, "Queencard." The latter also explained that although he tried to invite the female star many times before, her company stated that she would come when (G)I-DLE had their comeback.

As the conversation went on, BamBam suddenly wants to reminisce about their friendship and asked:

"Do you remember the first day we met?"

Minnie hesitantly responded:

 "I do remember! Isn't it KCON?"

To his words, BamBam replied:

 "No, no. You didn't have bangs at the time. I know because Lisa asked if I know Minnie."

Just then, BamBam revealed that BLACKPINK Lisa, a fellow Thai K-pop idol actually introduced them to each other first.

Minnie continued:

"Oh, bowling? When we went to play bowling? I must have played bowling with Lisa. Did we got to bowling and meet you? I don't remember."

BamBam also added:

"I thought I knew you since you were a trainee. When was it?"

Minnie replied:

"During my debut in 2018! It's been six years."

BamBam continued to mention the friendship they have with Lisa, adding:

"Yeah, Lisa introduced you to me. You know me ahead but Lisa (introduced us to each other.)"

However, Minnie revealed that even before meeting each other, she already know BamBam during her trainee days because (G)I-DLE's apartment was near GOT7's house.

She even narrated her first impression of the idol saying:

"During my trainee period, I lived in Cheongdamdong. In front of our apartment was GOT7's house. One day, I was on my way to work and you were wearing sharp boots and skinny jeans. You walked in front of me and my first thought was, 'Why is he so thin?' That was my impression of you."

In response, BamBam also revealed his impression of Minnie and claimed that when he first saw her, he thought of a baby.

"You were just like a Thai student. You didn't have bangs. I saw you wearing a Thai school uniform."
