In the current K-pop generation, one of the female idols who stand out the most for her beauty and physique is aespa Karina. People always praise her slender frame that seems to not change since her debut in 2020.

Shockingly, Karina would later reveal that she actually has a big appetite for food, citing how she can actually easily finish a box of snacks and even a whole pizza!

If you look at it, it can be inferred that Karina just has a gene that doesn't make her fat despite eating a lot, but the "Girls" singer confessed that she has a constitution where she can gain a lot of weight and lose it again with the help of her weight managing tips.

In a broadcast, Karina said:

"I set my weight. I weigh myself every day. If you exceed that certain weight, you have to lose that weight on that day."

This might be easier said than done, especially for those who are afraid of going to the gym, but Karina has a workout that can be followed by most people.

She revealed:

"I wear a padded jacket, tight shirt, as well as a sweatsuit and run for four hours. Play some idol songs and run around."

Karina added:

"I run while telling myself, 'You're really cool."

Regarding the benefits of this, Elle Korea said:

"Running is an effective aerobic exercise that not only reduces body fat but also improves cardiopulmonary function and prevents heart disease.

As it is an exercise that uses the whole body and moves the legs regularly, you can also see the effect of strengthening the core and abdominal muscles."

Gym Workout Routine To Achieve Apple Hips Like aespa Karina

On the other hand, if you want to utilize the gym and use workout equipment, aespa Karina has a good tip to maintain not only a slim figure but also her most-sought apple hips.

In a past broadcast, Karina showed her diligence in maintaining weight by allotting time to exercise despite her busy schedule.

Under the guidance of her PT teacher, her routine includes V-squats, Donkey Kicks and Hip Abduction.
