These claims went viral online, sparking controversy, and leading netizens to criticize Jay B for his actions. However, fans have found supporting evidence to disprove the alleged DMs and conclude how the conversation may be faked.

Ahgases claimed how the uploaded DMs showed that Jay B's name didn't feature a verified check mark.

Meanwhile, some mentioned the conversation's language details were edited, saying that despite the convo having Korean language arranged by app settings, it still exhibited traces of English details.

According to the messages uploaded on July 18, Jay B allegedly kickstarted the conversation after sending a picture. The influencer captioned the first photo saying, "This is what I said to a celebrity, since I had no idea how to respond."
