BLACKPINK Lisa Rumored to Sign With US Company & the 'Incredible' Perks That Come With It
Amid the silence of Lisa and YG Entertainment, rumors about the idol's contract renewal continue to spark discussions from the media and K-pop fans.
Among them, foreign outlet star.setn reported on September 20 that Lisa is likely to sign a contract with an American record company. They also stated that the idol would leave YG Entertainment.
Although this remains a rumor, media and fans from related industries are paying attention to the future move of BLACKPINK, especially Lisa, who is said to be the member having rocky discussions with YG.
Regarding the speculations that Lisa found her new nest, the original article claimed that the "Money" singer received "bigger" offers from the foreign company, and promised to be treated "better."
Accordingly, she was offered a down payment of more than 50 billion KRW (38 million USD) and promised entertainment businesses, such as music, video, fashion, and performances in addition to six albums.
Above all these, BLACKPINK Lisa would not only be able to own the songs and albums to be released in the future, but she would also have the right to establish her own studio and sign a contract with musicians.

However, on September 15, YG told TV report:
"Re-signing with Lisa is under discussion. The rumor has not been officially confirmed."
Lisa's ment is also gaining attention in light of her contract renewal with YG.
BLACKPINK successfully completed the world tour "BORN PINK" encore concert at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul on September 16 and 17.
During their ment, Lisa drew attention by saying:
