JINI Goes Viral for Not Knowing Kep1er Members in Q&A Session — Here's What Happened
JINI is gaining attention for not knowing one member of Kep1er during a fancall event.

JINI Left Baffled in Q&A Session as Idol Fails to Name One Kep1er Member
On October 15, JINI held a fancall event for her fans and engaged with them through a Q&A session.
In a forum, netizens claimed that the idol was asked about her favorite picks from girl groups through a form of a "bias game." JINI successfully answered the questions by picking which member caught her attention, but the idol stammered when Kep1er was mentioned.
According to the post, JINI thought about her answer for 30 to 40 seconds and ended up not being able to say anything since she didn't know any names from Kep1er.

Kep1er: "She doesn't know the members of the group. She thought about it for around 30 to 40 seconds, but JINI couldn't say anything, so we skipped (the question)."

The author also added that Kep1er was mentioned since JINI also did a collab stage together with Kep1er during her time with NMIXX.
This performance was at the 2022 Mnet Asia Music Awards, where NMIXX, Kep1er, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, and IVE performed TWICE's iconic 2016 hit "Cheer Up."
Some were also shocked that JINI not knowing one single member from Kep1er.

However, the majority argued that JINI doesn't need to know everyone in the idol industry. Some netters claimed that their collab stages were prepared separately.

Others suggested not to ask this kind of question since such types could attract more hate. They also claimed that JINI was unable to answer the Kep1er question since the group contains many members.
