During the stream, she confessed a sad truth. Karina, a huge cat lover, has developed a cat allergy. Karina confessed that developing the said allergy is like losing the world.

Karina is known to be a huge animal lover, with a soft spot for cats. During her appearance on "The Manager" in July 2022, Karina was seen closely interacting with her pilates trainer's cats, Saebok and Bori. She was seen petting them, playing with the cats with their cat toys, and constantly showering them with praise.
