ITZY Reveals How They've Never Fought in the 5 Years They've Been Together

Five-year-old girl group ITZY reveals they have never fought before.

ITZY appeared on SBS PowerFM's show "Choi Hwa Jung Power Time" on January 17, 2024, to promote their latest album, "BORN TO BE."

During the show, Choi Hwa Jung noted how it has been three years since ITZY last appeared on the show. In particular, she noted how Yuna debuted when she was a minor, saying,

"When I first met you, you were a teenager. Now, you have grown into an adult. But you don't seem that different. I can't believe it has been three years since you last came here, since you look the same. It just feels like time has passed."

Yuna was then asked if the members take extra special care of her because she is the youngest. She then replied that they are all treated equally. Choi Hwa Jung then explained that being the youngest doesn't always mean they are treated differently. They stated,

"Taking care of the youngest doesn't mean they are treated extra special, but the youngest will always be the youngest. We may be all adults together, but the youngest is always the youngest. Even if we get older, even if it's just a year, an older sister will always be an older sister."

To this, Yuna agreed, saying that outside of the group, the age difference doesn't matter that much. However, when they are in a team, an older sister really is an "unnie" she can rely on. She replies that it must be that way since she has been with ITY since she was young.

As the show went on, ITZY talked about their current priorities. Currently, their latest agenda item is the set list for their concerts. When asked who has the most brilliant ideas, Yuna confessed, "It's not that my ideas are genius, but I have a lot of ideas that I don't think are possible."

However, Yuna showed off how close the members are with one another, saying, "There's nothing the members can't say to each other. We don't say what we can't say to each other. That's why we have never fought."

Because of ITZY's open-mindedness, as well as their consideration for others feelings, the girl group has built a healthy communication style. That is why, despite being together for five years, the members have not fought.

ITZY Dishes on Each Members' Lifestyle

During the show, Choi Hwa Jung asked who among the members was "strong on the outside, soft on the inside" and who was "soft on the outside, strong on the inside." To this, all the members stated they are the types who are strong on the outside but soft on the inside.

When asked how the girls managed their health during their promotional period, the group revealed it was not that different from their off-periods. However, Chaeryeong revealed one member is great at sneaking in naps, and that member is Yuna!

Yuna is the type who can sleep while resting their head against someone else's and is able to catch some Z's while in the car or waiting room. Yuna revealed that she is the type of person who always feels sleepy.
