On February 8, Red Velvet Seulgi, who just launched her personal YouTube channel "Hi Seulgi," posted her first web content, titled, "Hello, this is Seulgi. First episode of drawing and doing Q&A."

In the video, Seulgi welcomed the viewers in her house, and explained that for the first episode, she will draw a banner for her channel's homepage and do a Question & Answer portion while at it.

During the Q&A segment, what caught fans' attention was when she was asked about her ideal type. The "28 Reasons" singer then responded:

"If there is a character that I like in dramas or movies that I watched, I fall in love with that person so my ideal type changes drastically."

She then named some of them.

"I used to be a fan of Jo Jung Suk and Ji Sung. I also liked Son Seok Koo."

Regarding the qualities that she pays attention to, Seulgi answered:

"Seeing them, I think I like someone who does his best with what's given. Someone good with their work, works hard and someone I can learn from."

In terms of appearance, the Red Velvet main dancer revealed that the features she looks for from someone are:

"My ideal type is someone with no double eyelid. Rather than someone who looks so fancy and handsome, I like people who have their own charms. Someone who has a pretty smile."

Red Velvet Seulgi Recalls Anecdote With First Love

In a related question, the K-pop idol was then asked if she would rather hide or show it whenever she has a crush on someone.

Hearing this, Seulgi cutely replied:

"I will hide and watch them. I pretend like I'm not watching him."

Considering that she's an ISFP, Seulgi stated:

"I don't think I can take care of the person openly. If I want to express my feelings at least a little bit, I think I would give something small like Haribo (gummy)."

Just then, Seulgi started reminiscing when she had her first love, narrating:

"I actually did that when I was young. I had a crush for the first time, but I couldn't even look at him. But I wanted to look cute. So whenever he would pass by, I would sit on the couch and drink hot chocolate. It was like, 'Watch me drinking hot chocolate in a cute way. That was my way of flirting."

She continued:

"I think he knew about it after some time passed. But he just saw me as a cute little sister so nothing happened. I searched a lot on the internet back then. 'What a girl does when she has a crush on someone.' Something like that, right? I gave meaning to everything. So that was my first love."
