TWICE Jihyo's Dating News Reaches JYP Entertainment, Agency Releases Official Statement

On March 25, news outlet SWAY disclosed that Jihyo of TWICE had been dating athlete Yun Sung Bin.

According to the exclusive report, Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin met for the first time through mutual acquaintances. The relationship between the two eventually developed romantically, and with the claims, Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin have reportedly dated for a year.

SWAY reported that the two stars would go out on a date across the Geumho neighborhood, in the district of Seongdong. Insiders then stated that their romantic connection began due to their common interest in exercising, as they indicated that the two became gym buddies.

"Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin are sports enthusiasts. Yoon Sung Bin taught Jihyo how to exercise and became acquainted with her," an insider shared. "They had a lot in common, so they quickly developed into a romantic relationship."

On the same day (March 25), JYP Entertainment finally addressed the dating news. The agency shared that the matter would be difficult to confirm, as the context mainly involves the artist's personal life. It also asked for everyone's consideration.

"It is difficult to confirm this matter because it is a private matter," JYP stated. "Thank you for your understanding."

Yun Sung Bin's agency All That Sports also responded to the reports saying, "He is no longer an active athlete, so we do not manage his personal life. Confirming would be difficult."
