In an official statement titled, "Information on How to Deliver Fan Letters to NewJeans," on Weverse, ADOR first thanked the fans for their support before delving into the banning implementation.

The company shared that there have been numerous dangerous instances during both group's departures and arrivals at the airport. One example stated was the overcrowding around the area, which poses security risks.

ADOR stated that the specific gesture of giving out fan letters and gifts to NewJeans on-site would cause future accidents. However, the company proposed an alternative for Bunnies to be able to express their love and support for NewJeans.

According to the instructions, fans would still be able to send out letters to the group through a designated PO (Post Office) box, and the managers of NewJeans' fan club in open music shows or fan meetings.

ADOR also assured that sending out letters through unauthorized procedures would not be delivered successfully. To conclude the statement, the agency declared that this rule would be applied for the safety of NewJeans and to develop a healthy fan culture.

"Hello. This is ADOR.

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all the fans who have been loving and supporting NewJeans.

We would like to let everyone know that many dangerous instances have occurred lately during NewJeans' departure and arrival, such as large crowds forming at the airport.

The action of giving presents or fan letters during a congested situation with heavy human traffic may lead to dangerous accidents, and this is something that requires extra caution.

We would like to inform you, just as we have in the initial notice, that fan letters can be delivered through the designated methods.

NewJeans do not receive gifts, including support, and fan letters are only accepted through the designated PO box. It can also be sent through NewJeans' fan club managers during open music shows or in-person fan sign events.

Please be advised that gifts and fan letters left in unofficial locations or delivered through undesignated methods will not be delivered.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation for the safety of the fans and NewJeans. ADOR will keep doing its best to provide a sound fan culture and protect the safety and rights of our artists.

Thank you."
