CReA Studio Audition Show 'UNDER 15' Aims to Create Youngest 5th-Gen Group

On April 17, CreA Studio announced that they would begin the production of the group in the second half of 2024, while the screening process already started this month.

CReA Studio is led by CEO Seo Hye Jin, the person behind the success of "Miss Trot" and "Mr. Trot." Seo is also the one to introduce the new genre called "K-Trot," and this time, the goal is to create an idol group through "K-Audition."

In particular, the project "UNDER 15" is an audition program in South Korea that will target youth in 70 countries.

The goal is to select members between ages 3 to 15 years old only, and they are expected to have a much younger average debut age than NewJeans, which is 16.4 years old, the current most influential girl group in the world.

Another aim of the program is to create a 5th-generation "vocal prodigy" girl group that will shake up the world’s population of 7.5 billion. They will be selected regardless of race, nationality, or genre to be active around the world.

The multinational girl group is expected to surpass NewJeans and BLACKPINK.

'UNDER 15' To Launch in 2nd Half of 2024 — How Will Members Be Chosen?

Prior to their debut, the participants will have to go through the "K-Training System," the core of "K-Culture."

The Top 10 talented global teenagers who will be selected through "UNDER15" are expected to make a new history of K-pop with the members' hexagonal charms, including visuals, performance, and singing skills.

Aside from achieving the winners' dreams to become idols, CReA studio will also provide various perks to help them grow as stars, and this includes giving them support to continue music study abroad, album release, various spin-off shows and tour concert appearances.

Currently, "UNDER 15" has already begun its recruiting process, while the top 10 members will be finalized upon the launch of the audition program in the second half of 2024.

The search for the fresh gems that will unfold their growth stories through the show wasn't only held in South Korea, but also in Asia, North, South America and Europe.

CReA Studio raised anticipation by saying:
