Nine years after releasing "Into You," Jun Hyo Seong belatedly went viral on TikTok after her dance challenge. As a result, fans wonder about her recent status.
On the short-form video-sharing platform TikTok, former Secret Jun Hyoseong once again rose to stardom after her solo track, "Into You," released in 2015 drew attention from dancers and turned it into a dance challenge.
Shockingly, there are a lot of netters who are not familiar with her, especially the newer generation, then asking about her recent status.
Jun Hyo Seong in 2005 to 2022: Five Girls, Secret, Solo Debut, Acting Career
In 2005, Jun made her name known in the music scene after joining Mnet's audition show, "Battle Shinhwa" which led her to sign a contract with Good Entertainment.
She started training under the label and was introduced as a member of the pre-debut group Five Girls through their variety show, "Diary of Five Girls."
Unfortunately, the group disbanded prior to their debut and at this point, TS Entertainment didn't waste time to scout Hyo Seong in 2007 for its girl group, Secret.
After two years of training, the group was finally launched in 2009, comprising Jun, Song Jieun, Han Sunhwa and Jung Hana.

Following their debut, they earned commercial success with their hits, "Shy Boy," "Madonna," "Magic," "I'm In Love" & more.
Amid popularity, Hyo Seong then expanded her fame in 2013 with her acting debut and in 2014, she became the second Secret member to debut as a soloist after Jieun. Around this time, Secret stopped their group activities and focused on their solo schedules and endeavors.
In 2015, Hyo Seong continuously promotes as a soloist and released "Into You" as the lead single of her first EP, "Fantasia." But at the time, it didn't gain the attention that it actually deserves.
In 2018, Secret would unfortunately disband after Hyo Seong filed a lawsuit against TS, due to payment issues.
In 2021, she signed with IOK Entertainment to pursue her acting and singing career. Her last music release would be "Stories finding shimmering sea" released in 2022.

After leaving the limelight as a K-pop idol, Jun Hyo Seong focused on her acting career. In 2023, she impressed viewers with her excellent portrayal of Oh Min Hye for the hit Netflix drama, "Celebrity."
She is also currently a host of a YouTube web beauty show, "GLAMME" Season 2.
Jun is also continuously communicating with fans through her SNS including Instagram.
