Legend of Korra Season 3 Release Date: Legend of Korra Book 3 is scheduled to release this summer.  Legend of Korra season 3 is going to launch soon. The third installment will be called "Change." Reports say it opens with Korra entering her Avatar state. Rumors promise that Korra will fight the White Lotus and meet some dragons. Watch your back White Lotus, there are also rumors that a beloved character may be on their way out.

According to Toonzone, The Legend of Korra Season 3 release date will be announced on July at the Comic Con in San Diego, California.

In one of the trailers, Korra fights against what looks like members of the White Lotus. There are also reports that  Legend of Korra season 3 will spend more time in the earth and fire kingdoms than in the past.

Other rumors have appeared online. One says a beloved character will die in season three. Also, Katara, who gained prominence in "Avatar: The Last Airbender" is rumored to will die in season three of Korra.

The rumors on Legend of Korra even extend to the  thematic musical scores, which are said to be progressing ever so slightly different. Jeremy Zuckerman said "I feel there's less ideas but they're developed... I think there's more - almost like a hypnotic quality to it."

Legend of Korra fans are already excited for the San Diego Comic Con 2014, but if these reports are true, the much anticipated Legend of Korra season 3 release date will be announced.

Mir Studio, who makes Legend of Korra has not made any official announcement yet. Mir Studio did say that they finished Book 3 and are leaving it to Nickelodeon to make the announcement.

Michael Dante DiMartino, who is the animation director and co-creator of "Legend of Korra" recently posted "The title of Book 3 is going to be called 'Change.' It's all about Korra dealing with the change of the world in this point in time. At the end of Book 2 she says it's a new era. And it really is and we're going to show how Harmonic Convergence and her battle with Unalaq and Vaatu kind of shifted the world a bit."

Rumors suggest that "Legend of Korra" Season 3 is set for a July 1, 2014 premiere. But there have also been reports that the "Legend of Korra" season 3 (Book) titled "Change" is scheduled for release this summer and that the "Legend of Korra" Book Two titled "Spirits" will be premiered on Blu-ray and DVD on July 1.
