Jimmy Fallon got into some injury news yet again. After he opened up about his hurt finger earlier in the week, he seemingly got nipped by a pup during the "Tonight Show" on Thursday.

As reported by Billboard, Fallon opened up recently about his struggle with his injured finger. According to his doctors, he would need another surgery as his finger remains immobile and disfigured.

"It's a bummer, but you can't get depressed," he admitted.

Fallon also shared that Bono and Edge have been the first set of people to check on how he was doing after he almost ripped off his finger last June.

"Bono was one of the first emails," he revealed. "He said, 'Welcome to the club, my Irish brother.' And Edge sent me a thing. He fell too [from a stage, in May]! I mean, it's insane. I go, 'Why are we all falling? What the hell is wrong with us?'"

In a recent guesting on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," he even shared that he might fully recover from his finger injury by next year.

After he got his finger hurt, the Jimmy Fallon injury news did not stop at all. In August, he got his tooth chipped after trying to open his medicine bottle for his finger. He also joked about spraining his finger because of a bubble wrap. On Thursday, he got bitten by a pup on the "Tonight Show."

"Ow, he bit me!" he exclaimed in the middle of the "Pup Quiz" with Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting. "Am I bleeding?"

"He gave you hickey," Cuoco-Sweeting joked.

It was not clear if the puppy bite was serious. On Twitter, his followers expressed their concern after the bite but did not get a reply. The host seemed well as he continued to tweet throughout the day to promote the "Tonight Show."
