Crush Caught Supporting Girlfriend Red Velvet Joy on Instagram
As most fans know, Red Velvet member Joy and R&B singer Crush are currently in a relationship. While the two have not had many public interactions since they revealed their relationship, Crush has now publicly shown love for his girlfriend with this small action on social media.
On December 17, Red Velvet was one of the artists who performed at the 2021 KBS Gayo Daechukje. Following the event, Joy took to Instagram to share some photos of her in two different outfits and a group photo with Red Velvet. In some images, she is seen wearing a white mini-dress, while in a red mini-dress in the others.
In the caption, Joy writes, "I was happy to perform with Red Velvet after a long time. Did you enjoy watching, Luvies? As always, thank you, and I love you."

After the photos were uploaded, people noticed that Crush had liked her post! While it is not surprising for couples to likes and show support on each other's posts, it is incredibly uncommon with public couples in K-pop. Most idols try to keep their public relationships on the down-low in the Korean pop music industry to avoid bringing attention to it.

Timeline of Red Velvet Joy and Crush's Relationship
On August 22, Sports Chosun reported that Joy and Crush were in a relationship. The report stated that they started developing positive feelings for each other in May 2020, after collaborating on the song "Mayday." They became friends after working together, and those feelings soon blossomed into romance.
The two share several common interests, such as raising pets. In addition, Sports Chosun stated that they enjoy simple dates, such as walking their dogs together.

After looking into the reports, Crush's label P Nation confirmed that the two recently started dating. SM Entertainment soon confirmed the news, reiterating P Nation's statement.
On December 15, Red Velvet member Joy's private Instagram was hacked, and photos of the couple were leaked online. The images will not be included out of respect for the couple's privacy.
