WANNA ONE's "Beautiful Part 3" to Feature All 11 Members Including Lai Kuanlin
On Jan. 11, CJ ENM confirmed with several news outlets that WANNA ONE will release a new song titled "Beautiful Part.3" through various music streaming platforms later this month.
As previously reported, WANNA ONE's "Beautiful Part 3" will be the continuation and the last part of the group's "Beautiful" series that started with "Beautiful," which came out in 2017, and followed by "Beautiful Part 2," which arrived in 2018.

A representative of CJ ENM also revealed that band member Lai Kuanlin, who is currently busy with his solo activities in China, took part in "Beautiful Part 3." They added that he has recorded his part of the song from his studio and sent it over to finish the track.
It can be recalled that Lai Kuanlin was unable to participate in WANNA ONE's reunion stage at 2021 MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Awards) in December of last year. During this stage, the boy group surprised fans with a performance of "Beautiful Part 3."
It is said that after their reunion stage at the awards show, the WANNA ONE members have continuously held discussions on "Beautiful Part 3" and later decided to release it as a digital song to repay the love and support they received from the fans.

With the addition of Lai Kuanlin in WANNA ONE's "Beautiful Part 3," the upcoming release is expected to be more meaningful among fans as they finally got an 11-member version of the song.
"Beautiful Part 3" is set for release on Jan. 27, exactly three years after the project boy group concluded their activities with a concert at Gocheok Sky Dome on Jan. 27, 2019. This track contains the hope that WANNA ONE and WANNABLE will happily remember the last day they met as well as the boys' sincerity towards fans.

Former WANNA ONE Lai Kuanlin's Recent Solo Activities
After WANNA ONE disbanded in 2018, Lai Kuanlin re-debuted as a member of the duo Wooseok x Kuanlin, together with PENTAGON Wooseok. They debuted in March 2019 with their first mini-album "9801."
In July 2019, Kuanlin requested to terminate his contract with CUBE Entertainment, explaining that the agency violated the norms of the contract and he had his management rights sold to a third-party company.
In June 2021, former WANNA ONE Lai Kuanlin won the lawsuit to terminate his contract with CUBE.

While he was dealing with the lawsuit, Lai Kuanlin was also busy with his solo activities in 2021. In particular, he starred in the Chinese drama "Don't Disturb My Study," where he played the lead character named Lin Xiao Ran.
The former WANNA ONE member has also been chosen to star in iQiyi's "Love the Way You Are" as the main character named Xu Guang Xi. The drama is yet to begin airing.
Regarding his musical activities, Lai Kuanlin has not dropped a new song as a solo artist.
