Dispatch Receives Criticisms for Leaving TWICE Jeongyeon Out of Teaser for 'D'FESTA'
On March 23, 2022, Dispatch released the teaser for their upcoming tenth-anniversary online concert, "D'FESTA," which is set to air on April 8, 2022.

The teaser features snippets of the artists performing. Along with clips of the artists performing, their group logo and members' names are seen. While it may look good at first glance, eagle-eyed ONCEs noted that Jeongyeon was not included in TWICE's line-up.

Jeongyeon was also not included in the "D'FESTA" static poster. All the other eight members of TWICE are seen on the poster.

Jeongyeon will not be participating in "D'FESTA." She is currently in recovery from anxiety and panic disorder, as well as a herniated disc. While she has joined some TWICE activities, such as the North American leg of their world tour, there are still some activities from which she chooses to sit out from.

Since she was not participating in the online concert, it is speculated that they chose not to include her name in the teaser. This choice has greatly angered ONCEs (TWICE's fanbase). They noted that TWICE will always be nine members, even if a member is not participating in particular activities.

People noted that the members are part of TWICE's actual brand, and excluding one of them is a highly disrespectful move.

Many are demanding Dispatch to rectify the situation by changing TWICE's part of the teaser. They also demand that the static poster be edited to include Jeongyeon's portrait. ONCEs took to Twitter to trend #DispatchRespectJeongyeon. They pointed out why it is wrong to leave Jeongyeon out of the teaser. The hashtag is currently trending on Twitter with over 12,700 tweets.

Currently, Dispatch has not responded to the backlash. The teasers still only have names of the eight members — Nayeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu.
