GOT7 Jinyoung's Military Enlistment Date, Details Revealed
Park Jinyoung of GOT7 has dropped some news for fandom Ahgases.
On April 5, news outlet JTBC released an exclusive report, where it detailed Jinyoung's military enlistment date. According to the information, Jinyoung will start his military duty on May 8. The idol will take part as an active duty solider, as his role for the mandatory service.
Moreover, Jinyoung's agency BH Entertainment responded to the news, where they confirmed the details.
BH Entertainment stated:
"To address the enlistment news, our artist Park Jinyoung will undergo basic military preparations at the training center, which will begin on Monday, May 8. This is to train him on his role as an active-duty soldier."

Like most K-pop male idols, Jinyoung has also utilized his remaining time connecting with fans before his enlistment. Aside from being GOT7's beloved member, Jinyoung also shines on his solo activities, which involve music, fanmeetings, and acting.
On January 18, Jinyoung released his first solo album "Chapter 0: WITH," alongside its title track "Cotton Candy." It also features B-side tracks "Animal," "Our Miracle," "Sleep Well," and "Letter."
Jinyoung has also launched a fanmeeting titled, "RENDEZVOUS: Secret meeting between you and me," which kickstarted in Seoul on January 28 to 29. It was followed by Bangkok (February 18, 19) and Manila (February 26).
The idol actor made his acting debut on KBS2's "Dream High 2," and his singing career with JJ Project, a duo consisting of Jinyoung himself and GOT7's leader Jay B. Jinyoung has also starred in several dramas, such as "The Devil Judge," "The Legend of the Blue Sea," "When My Love Blooms," "Yumi's Cells," and "He Is Psychometric."
GOT7 Jinyoung Releases 'Cotton Candy' MV, Ahgases React
On January 18, Jinyoung released the official music video for "Cotton Candy," the title track for his first solo album "Chapter 0: WITH." The release offered fans a relaxing listening experience, due to Jinyoung's gentle vocals, and dance performance.
Ahgases also gathered on the comment section, where they expressed support for Jinyoung, and praised his charisma. They also appreciated his hard work, since the idol took part in the album's production.
