Fortunately, everybody's effort won't be in vain as everybody will still get to go to summer camp according to "Boku No Hero Academia" chapter 68 spoilers.

According to user ShenGao from Manga Helpers, the new villains will finally be introduced and they will almost get to an all-out brawl. Meanwhile, it was revealed that the summer camp activity will be another tough challenge that students should overcome.

"Shigaraki doesn't like the 2 new villains. They almost kill each other but Blackmist can stop them. Good news for the students who failed: They will still take part in the camp. The condition of failure equaling summer school was meant as brining out everything from the students (in the same way like Eraserhead threatened to expel the worst student during the 10 sports tests)," the user wrote.

Based from the translation, it looks like the name of the villainous girl is Toga Himiko and she also patronizes Stain, the villain Deku and the others brought down. Also, some fans believe there will be a repercussion for those students who failed and might have a tougher time in camp.
