Synopsis/Recap:

This week's episode picks up with Korosensei's sudden trap and capture by Itona and Shiro. The kids question Shiro, who openly admits to stealing the assassination plots from the class. Itona believes he has won, but then Korosensei reveals that he knows Itona's attack pattern and has developed a new counterattack that involves releasing a burst of energy.

Korosensei escapes the trap and demands that Shiro reveal that Korosensei is not the underwear theif. Itona then begins to fall apart, defeat physically eating away at him. Korosensei himself collapses, exhausted from the fight.

Itona is expected to die of madness in three days. He's causing incidents across the city in his madness, so the class and Korosensei must find him to save him. They eventually catch up with Itona. Sudennly, Itona releases anti-Korosensei gas. Shiro admits that even this part, Itona going astray, was all part of his plan.

Korosensei doesn't give up on Itona. Meanwhile, the class works on taking Shiro down so they can save Itona. Shiro agrees to let them take Itona, who is continuing to deteriorate. Korosensei decides they need to get rid of the tentacles in order to live.

Through research by Ritsu, the class finds out that Itona's desperation likely comes from his family's business deteriorating to nothing. The class tries to cheer Itona up with ramen and a visit to a racetrack. Nothing seems to work until Ryoma gives an inspiring speech to keep trying and failing as a normal kid in the class.

Korosensei offers to remove the tentacles and Itona agrees.
