Ryan Serhant, the American real estate salesperson and reality television star gained popularity when he was featured on Bravo's ''Million Dollar Listing New York'' as a real estate agent.

The first season was aired on Mar. 7, 2012. Houston Chronicle did a story on this dynamic actor. And the popularity of the show pulled it to season 5 which was aired on Apr. 21, 2016. This was the 48th episode in the series and first one for this season. This episode was named as "50 Shades of Greystone" and as per TV by the numbers, 0.99 million US viewers watched this episode.

In 2014 E news reported that Serhant proposed to his lawyer girlfriend Emilia Bechrakis. "No one has ever done something like this. But I'm only going to propose once in my life, so I wanted to make sure that I did something special," Ryan told E news about his proposal.

Grapevine is abuzz with the news of Serhant planning to tie the knot to his long-term girlfriend Bechrakis. "[Emilia's] dad and his dad are named Leonidas, and he's from Sparta, which is a real thing. Her mom is Despina and her brother is Stratos. They're very, very Greek. It'll be this summer," Serhant told the Daily Dish.

The wedding will happen in Greece. So can we think about ''A big Fat Greek Wedding?'' "We're doing it in Greece. We're doing it on an island, off an island, off an island. So we're not having a lot of people there - it's kind of a pain to get to. It's going to be very, very pretty, and elaborate," Serhant added. "It took us a year and a half to put it together. But like I told her after the proposal, 'Listen, I'm only ever doing this once in my life. So we're gonna do this once. It's going to be awesome and you're just gonna have to kill me 'cause I can't afford to do this ever again.' Same thing for the wedding. So it'll be cool, it'll be good."
