Another festive year end is coming for kpop fans!

MBC Gayo Daejun has confirmed its line-up for its Gayo Daejun for this year. Soompi has reported that big boy groups like EXO, SHINee, and BTS will definitely be present as they promoted more than one song. Groups like INFINITE, CNBLUE, B1A4, B.A.P, BTOB, VIXX, and GOT7 will also be there and will perform.

Meanwhile, Allkpop has confirmed that girl groups are SISTAR, APINK, AOA, EXID, RED VELVET, MAMAMOO and solo singer Taeyeon. Rookie groups will be present too. SEVENTEEN, GFRIEND, TWICE, MONSTA X & UP10TION will be there and perform for their fans.

However, there are also idol groups who promoted this year that is not on the line-up. The 1-year-only girl group from MNET's famous "Produce 101", IOI, is not going. Also, the 10-year-old girl group, Wonder Girls, is also not present. Kpopstarz has reported that Wonder Girls members' contracts are up for renewal so that might be the reason.

Also, groups from YG Entertainment like Big Bang, Sech Kies and Blackpink are also not coming. These three groups are only confirmed to perform at SBS Gayo Daejun.

Fans of all groups are really sad that the groups cannot perform on the special night. Moreover, the fans of IOI are really heartbroken because of this. Many of them are at least expecting the group to perform on year end stages before officially disbanding next year.

For now, MBC has not yet announced if there will be special performances from group or any collaborations and special stages. MBC only confirmed there groups that will attend the said event.

Fans of the confirmed groups are really excited as to what new or something special will their favourite groups will perform.
