Song Joong KI is being smart and investing his earnings from his projects in real estate. In particular, the "Descendants of the Sun" actor reportedly purchased a property in the high-end Itaewon district which immediately fueled speculation that he is getting ready to get married to his rumored girlfriend Song Hye Kyo.

According to a report by All Kpop, Song Joong Ki recently purchased the Itaewon property that is estimated to cost some 10 billion won or close to $9 million USD. The property is said to be a 602 square meter piece of real estate with 2 stories and a basement.

Blossom Entertainment, the actor's management refused to comment on the report saying that it is not their place to meddle in Song Joong KI's personal investments. "Real estate matters are Song Joong Ki's personal issue," the agency stated.

Should the reports prove to be true, this will be Song Joong KI's second property next to a villa that he reportedly owns. The villa in Seoul is estimated to cost some 2.5 billion won or over $2 million USD.
