Korean ONCEs Release Statement Supporting TWICE Chaeyoung's Alleged Relationship
Following allegations of TWICE member Chaeyoung being in a relationship with tattoo artist Chimhwasa, TWICE fans from DC Insider Gallery have released a statement concerning the idol's love life. Read their statement here!
Recently, the DC Insider TWICE gallery released a statement in support of Chaeyoung and her supposed relationship. They ask that Chaeyoung gets to pursue her love for as long as she wants and continues as a member of TWICE happily and healthily. Their statement reads,
"A Statement Concerning [Chaeyoung's] Love Life
We at TWICE Gallery, the representative community of fans who love the idol group TWICE gather to the community, are here to announce our official statement concerning the news of Chaeyoung's relationship status today.
On this day, numerous online communities stirred suspicion that Chaeyoung is dating a tattoo artist.
A photo of Chaeyoung along with an unidentified man believed to be her boyfriend visiting a large supermarket starter circulating. Another photo that raised suspiciously showed Chaeyoung and the man she is assumed to be dating wearing what appears to be couple rings.
Additionally, more photos were shared that fueled the speculation and amplified the matter's attention, including claims that the photo the tattoo artist drew and posted on to his Instagram in the past is similar to Chaeyoung's. People also pointed out that Chaeyoung's younger brother follows him on Instagram.
In response, JYP Entertainment acknowledged the rumors by announcing their vague position and saying they have 'no official position.'

In Chinhwasa's Instagram page, the nude photo he drew is similar to a scene featuring Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio) drawing Rose DeWitt Buchard (Kate Blanchet) in Titanic.
The scene in question was a great scene in which the heroine, who has lived a suppressed life as an elite noblewoman, meets the male protagonist and finds her identity. Starting then, she found that she is able to live a free life.
We believe Chaeyoung has found a place when she can rest and has found someone she can lead her tired mind on and rest her body. She has worked hard with her long career in the entertainment industry, and fans want to support her passionate love until the end.

On Nov. 6, 2020, rumors of Chaeyoung dating her tattoo artist, Chimhwasa, went viral both in South Korea and worldwide following photos and proof posted by netizens to online community forums accusing the idol of dating.

Following the rumors, JYP Entertainment released a short comment, saying they no position concerning her relationship. They neither confirmed nor denied the relationship.
