South Korean singer-songwriter BUDY treats fans to an inspirational live performance of her latest single, "Fly High," in the latest installment of her "BUDY Studio LIVE" series on Dec. 24.

Her latest "Fly High" performance marks the second out of seven videos from the "BUDY Studio Live." The Korean artist's seven-episode offering aims to bring warmth and comfort to her audiences worldwide, even in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Through her limited series, BUDY Studio LIVE, she gets to reconnect with her audience by breathing new life into her past singles, as well as those released just this 2020.

In "Fly High," BUDY fuses her signature soul and urban influences with upbeat K-Pop rhythms to deliver messages of hope and freedom. She released the single-album last December 3 and a music video wherein BUDY invites her fans into a "fantasy fairy tale."

"I hope you feel free to fly in the night sky when you listen to this song "Fly High." And I hope you'll remember the happy moments in a fantastic mood," BUDY wrote in the description of her music video.

Also, in an earlier statement, the artist explains her goal behind her latest single. "I usually have a bold and disperse imagination. I felt an intense feeling of freedom while I imagined myself flying up in the sky and decided to use this as a theme for the new song. It is really like a fantastic daydream, like a fairy tale."

Almost a week before Christmas, December 17, BUDY kicked off her "Studio LIVE" series with an on-stage performance of her 2019 single, "Do Re Mi." Whereas "Fly High" shares feelings of freedom, her 2019 R&B track is also a message of hope, recognizing the importance of finding a person's own sound - that it is okay to move at a pace separate from others.
