There is no denying that EXO member Baekhyun is considered one of the most handsome K-pop idols today. Most fans also know that he is more than just a pretty face as he is also an outstanding songwriter and actor.

EXO Baekhyun's Workout Routine Revealed

Baekhyun, previously, revealed that one of his secret in maintaining his fit body is simply cutting out carbohydrates. The EXO member claimed that people would not think about wanting to eat carbohydrate-rich food anymore if they stop eating it for about three days.

Of course, EXO Baekhyun also makes sure to work out on a daily basis to keep his physique as fit as possible. At the start of his career, dancing was the only workout he was focused on. Most, if not all, fans are aware that dancing is very crucial, especially for K-pop artists, which is why they spend long hours just to perfect the steps.

Reports have it that Baekhyun and his EXO co-members spend a total of one to two hours of dance practice for at least four days in a week. If dancing is not your cup of tea, you may also try out the other workout routines of the "Candy" singer, which include the use of elliptical machines, biking, and running.

EXO member Baekhyun also has weight training, which he often shares via his YouTube vlogs. His training includes upper body exercises that are divided into three categories, namely: lower body, core, and upper body. The "Doll" hitmaker also does bench press, dumbbell press, shoulder press, cable rows, lat pulldowns, lateral raises, and cross cable flyes to push-ups.

EXO Baekhyun Reaches New Milestones with 'Bambi'

Meanwhile, Baekhyun continues to break records with his latest solo album titled "Bambi." The EXO member's latest EP effortlessly dominated the Hanteo charts in South Korea and became one of the platform's bestsellers of all time.

As a matter of fact, Baekhyun's "Bambi" album sold a whopping 868,840 copies during its first week in the market. The said feat made the EXO member's EP the fastest-selling album by a solo artist in the history of Hanteo.

Last week, the latest solo mini-album of EXO member Baekhyun also made it to the Billboard World Albums Chart at No. 15. BTS dominated the list after having several entries in the said tally, including "BE" at No. 1, "Map of the Soul:7" at No. 2, "Love Yourself: Her" at No. 5, "Love Yourself: Tear" at No. 6, "Love Yourself: Answer" at No. 7, "Map of the Soul: Persona" at No. 10 and "Skool Luv Affair" at No. 12.

BLACKPINK, which appeared on the chart for 26 consecutive weeks already, also made it to the list with "The Album" at No. 3. "RESONANCE Pt. 1" by NCT nabbed the No. 4 spot, "LILAC" by IU entered the tally at No. 9, "Super One" by SuperM grabbed the No. 11 spot while "Still Dreaming" by TXT secured the No. 13 spot. The inclusion of EXO Baekhyun clearly proves that he is a force to be reckoned with.
