5. HyunA - 'Ice Cream'

Ranking in second place with two votes is HyunA's song "Ice Cream." The said song was released on October 22, 2012. At the time of its release, the song reached first place on numerous domestic music sites, and the music video for "Ice Cream" was viewed two million times within the first 24 hours of its release.

In four days, the music video for the song surpassed eight million views. HyunA described "Ice Cream" as a song with a strong hip-hop sound and unique rapping.

4. TWICE - 'Dance the Night Away'

Sitting in fourth place is "Dance the Night Away," which received four votes from influencers. The TWICE song was released on July 9, 2018, as the title track of the group's fifth mini-album, "Summer Nights."

Upon the song's release, "Dance the Night Away" topped the Gaon Digital Chart and Billboard Korea's K-Pop Hot 100. In addition, "Dance the Night Away" peaked at number two on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart in America. The song has been certified platinum by the KMCA as it surpassed 2,500,000 downloads and 100 million streams.

3. Oh My Girl - 'Dun Dun Dance'

Third place was awarded to Oh My Girl for their song "Dun Dun Dance." The song received eight votes from influencers.

Released on May 10, 2021, "Dun Dun Dance" topped the Bugs and Genie charts upon release. The song also entered the Melon's 24Hits charts five hours after it was released worldwide. On the Billboard K-pop Hot 100, "Dun Dun Dance" peaked at number two.

2. BTS - 'Butter'

BTS ranked at second place, making them the only male K-pop group to enter the top five. Their song, "Butter," received 14 votes from influencers.

"Butter" was released on May 21, 2021, and is their second English-language single. The said BTS song debuted at the top of the Billboard 100 chart, making it BTS's fourth number-one hit in the United States. It is currently the longest-running number-one debut in Hot 100 history.

1. SSAK3 - 'Beach Again'

Ranking at the top and earning the title of "best K-pop summer song" is SSAK3's "Beach Again," which received 32 votes from influencers.

SSAK3, a seasonal project group consisting of Yoo Jae Suk (U-Duragon), Lee Hyori (Linda G), and Rain (B. Ryong), debuted with "Beach Again" on July 25, 2020. Upon release, "Beach Again" topped various South Korean real-time music charts. In addition, the song also ranked at the top of the Goan Digital Chart for five consecutive weeks.
