On Nov. 1, 2AM performed "You Wouldn't Answer My Calls" live during their comeback show, which was broadcast on Naver's NOW. At that time, while the song was heading toward the end, the MR suddenly stopped in Jo Kwon's part.

A video of the incident was uploaded to an online community on Nov. 16 and many were impressed with how the ballad boy group handled the sudden MR removal.

In the two-minute video, 2AM Jo Kwon momentarily felt that the music was not coming out of his in-ear piece but he did not stop singing.

2AM Changmin also showed off his stable vocals with the MR removed, hitting those high notes without any problems.

After Changmin sang his part, the members laughed and said, "Yes, there was an MR removal accident."

Jo Kwon then asked Changmin if he sang his part without accompaniment and commented that he was surprised when the background music suddenly stopped on his end.

In response, Changmin stated that he thought he couldn't hear the accompaniment only in his in-ear piece, but all the members disagreed and said they had the same situation.

Even with the MR removed unexpectedly, 2AM ended their live performance of "You Wouldn't Answer My Calls" like nothing was wrong.

In the online community where the video of 2AM's performance with a sudden MR removal was shared, many netizens complimented the ballad boy group for their live singing featuring their stable vocals.

Some commented that it was difficult to sing in tune without an accompaniment, especially when the background music stopped all of a sudden.

The other netizens said that 2AM did a splendid job even with the MR removed toward the end of the song and that singing without an accompaniment was better.

2AM Makes Long-Awaited Comeback with a New Mini-Album "Ballad 21 F/W"

On Nov. 1, 2AM made their first comeback in seven years since their studio album "Let's Talk Together" was released in 2014.

On that day, the ballad boy group dropped their fourth mini-album, titled "Ballad 21 F/W." The album contains a total of five songs, two of which serve as the title tracks: "Should've Known" and "No Good in Good-Bye."

Bang Si Hyuk ("hitman" bang) wrote and composed "Should've Known" while J.Y. Park wrote and composed "No Good in Good-Bye."

2AM member Jeong Jinwoon also participated in writing and composing one of the songs from the mini-album, particularly the B-side track "Always Me."

In the first week of sales on the Hanteo Chart, 2AM's "Ballad 21 F/W" sold 1,624 copies.
