Park Myung Soo's Instagram Terrorized With Hateful Comments Following Radio Show With TWICE Dahyun and Tzuyu
On November 17, TWICE members Dahyun and Tzuyu appeared on the KBS Cool FM program "Park Myung Soo's Radio Show," which is hosted by comedian Park Myung Soo. The two idols appeared on the radio program to promote their latest musical release, "SCIENTIST."

During the program, Park Myung Soo was criticized for his insensitive actions. Specifically, Park Myung Soo pressed on "SCIENTIST," the song's reception, and its chart performance. He was heard asking if the song was rising in popularity and repeatedly asked the girls if he could check the charts, saying, "Are you guys charting now? Can I take a peek? Let us take a look at the fruit chart (MelOn). Can I check it?"
As of 8 AM on November 18, TWICE's new song "Scientist" ranked 51st on the MelOn Top 100 and 53rd on the Genie Chart.

After the program aired, TWICE supporters were outraged and took to Park Myung Soo's Instagram account to flood with malicious comments. In addition, many criticized Park Myung Soo for his lack of tact and insensitivity. Park Myung Soo was also slammed for being too rude to the girls throughout the controversy and asked him to be more careful when he speaks.
As of the time of writing, Park Myung Soo has not released a statement on the matter.

Park Myung Soo Criticized for Alleged Rude Behaviour Against TWICE Dahyun and Tzuyu on Radio Show
Besides constantly mentioning TWICE's chart performance with "SCIENTIST," there are other things Park Myung Soo did on-air that angered listeners. He asked the girls questions that many considered out of line, such as asking the two idols if they would wait two years for a boyfriend if he had to partake in his mandatory military enlistment.
Park Myung Soo was also slammed for singling out Tzuyu several times during the show. Listeners stated that Park Myung Soo would point out that Tzuyu is a foreigner and repeatedly asked if she could follow the conversation. He would also question Tzuyu several times, asking her if she understood what he and Dahyun were saying.

Tzuyu has been working with TWICE for six years and has lived in South Korea for nine years. Because of this, she is nearly fluent in Korean.
People also pointed out that Park Myung Soo had a pushy tone while speaking to the TWICE members. Listeners believe that this could have made Tzuyu and Dahyun uncomfortable.
