TWICE Ranks No. 3 on Billboard Hot 200
On November 21 (EST), Billboard revealed that TWICE's third full album "Formula of Love: O+T<3" ranked 3rd on the Top 200 Albums chart, its weekly ranking of the most famous albums in the United States.
This milestone is TWICE's highest ranking on the Billboard 200 so far.
Aside from that, this is the second time for the nonet to enter the top 10 after their previous mini-album "Taste of Love," which debuted at the sixth spot early this year.
The album "Formula of Love: O+T=<3" is the third release by any female K-pop group to chart in the top 10 of the Billboard 200, after BLACKPINK's "The Album" and TWICE's "Taste of Love."

TWICE acquires their second top 10 album on the Billboard 200, and highest charting effort yet.
"Formula of Love: O+T=<3" debuts at No. 3 with 66,000 equivalent album units gathered. With that sum, album sales contain 58,000, SEA units comprise 8,000 (which is equal to million on-demand streams of the album's tracks) and TEA units have a negligible sum.
Like other K-pop releases, the CD edition of the new album has been issued in different packages (6, along with two Target-exclusive editions).
MRC data (previously Nielsen Music) showed that "Formula of Love: O+T=<3 has earned a total of 66,000 equivalent album units by November 18.
The album's total score included 58,000 traditional album sales and 8,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units - which is equivalent to 12 million on-demand audio streams over the course of the week.
TWICE Sweeps Records on Billboard Hot 200 Chart
TWICE's pre-release track "The Feels," which is in the album, became the group's first song ever to chart on Billboard's Hot 100 last October.
The nine-member girl group hit the top 10 early in 2021 with their 10th album, "Taste of Love," peaking at the 6th spot.
So far, TWICE is the only K-pop girl group to have two albums enter the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart in a year. This is the most notable milestone of the girl group, along with their recent global growth.
In June 2020, TWICE's 9th mini album "MORE & MORE" first entered the Billboard 200 chart. Then, in December of the same tear, their 2nd regular album "Eyes wide open" went to the chart's 72nd place.
In June 2021, with their 10th mini-album "Taste of Love," they jumped to 6th place, which is a surprise to the music industry. Particularly, "Taste of Love" performance last summer is the highest in the history for a mini-album to achieve the milestone, and which was released by a K-pop girl group.
