IVE Stylists Garners Scrutiny Once More After Dressing Jang Wonyoung in Different Clothing to Her Members at SBS Gayo Daejun
Despite being slammed for dressing Jang Wonyoung in vastly different outfits from her members at the KBS Gayo Daechukje, it appears IVE's stylists have not learned their lesson. The management team of the girl group is once again drawing criticism for dressing Jang Wonyoung in a stand-out outfit compared to her members at the SBS Gayo Daejun.
On December 25, IVE performed at the SBS Gayo Daejun. For their "ELEVEN" performance, viewers were surprised to see that Jang Wonyoung was the only member in an all-white stage outfit, which is completely different from her teammates. The other members of IVE wore black outfits with white accents.

Jang Wonyoung's all-white outfit made her look like a solo singer, while the other members looked like backup dancers. The spotlight continues to remain with Jang Wonyoung, as she is also the member with the best make-up and hairstyling.
Many speculate that Starship Entertainment is deliberately trying to cause a scandal. Causing a scandal will bring attention to the girl group, which is why many believe the label is taking advantage of Jang Wonyoung. Since she is a name that attracts the public and sparks trends, using her would draw attention to IVE.

Many revealed that they were not surprised over Jang Wonyoung's vastly different clothing, as the group's stylists have been guilty of this before.
Some of the comments concerning IVE's situation at the SBS Gayo Daejun read, "Fans, please stop making excuses for this," "Not surprise. The reason they rushed their debut despite how their skills weren't mature enough is to take advantage of Wonyoung's popularity," and "Ugh, it looks like any solo singer."
