DAWN and HyunA confirmed their relationship back in 2018 but they started dating in May 2016. The two met and became close while they were still artists under CUBE Entertainment. They both even became members of the trio, Triple H, along with PENTAGON Hui.
The couple left CUBE Entertainment at the same time and signed with PSY's label P Nation in January 2019. They have since been continuing their activities. In August 2021, they made their debut as a duo with their first mini-album "1+1=1."
