On the Aug. 25 episode of KBS 2TV's entertainment show "HK Coin," TWICE members Jihyo and Jeongyeon appeared as "directors of destiny," who determined the hosts' faith during their games in another room.

For starters, "HK Coin" is a new game variety show in which a coin can determine fate. The cast members will play games to earn points, and a simple coin toss can shake up the status. The cast includes Jo Seho, Kim Sook, Hong Jin Kyung, 2PM Wooyoung, and Joo Woojae.

Before the game began, 2PM Wooyoung - who had no idea who the "directors of destiny" at that time - sent them a heart to look good to them.

Upon seeing this, TWICE Jeongyeon reacted, "Wow, so cute." Only the TWICE members and Cha Tae Hyun who was with them could hear and see the cast members from the other room.
Surprised, Cha Tae Hyun asked, "What's cute? Who's cute? Do you mean...?" to which Jeongyeon responded, "Wooyoung. Wooyoung's cute."

Jihyo then revealed that TWICE Jeongyeon used to like 2PM Wooyoung a lot when they were still trainees. Wooyoung was already an idol at that time as he debuted in 2008 and Jeongyeon only joined JYP Entertainment as a trainee in 2010.

At one point during the games, Jo Seho had the opportunity to flick his finger on Wooyoung's forehead, but Jeongyeon was able to save him from that.
The 2PM member then said, "Thank you. From now on, you may use me as the foundation of your lives."
In response, Jeongyeon stated, "Treat me to a meal sometime, oppa!"

Meanwhile, TWICE has officially come back with their 11th mini-album "BETWEEN 1&2," which recorded over one million pre-orders two days prior to its release. This made TWICE the only third K-pop girl group in history to exceed one million stock pre-orders.

TWICE Earns New Platinum & Gold RIAJ Certifications
In other news, TWICE recently received two new streaming certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan.
In the RIAJ's newly announced batch of certifications (dated July 2022), TWICE is one of the K-pop artists who earned new official certifications for streaming (along with BTS and BLACKPINK).

In particular, TWICE's 2018 song "Yes or Yes" has been certified platinum in Japan after exceeding 100 million streams. It is now their fifth song to attain this certification following "The Feels," "I CAN'T STOP ME," "Feel Special," and "FANCY."

The nine-member girl group also got two gold certifications for their Japanese track "BDZ" and their 2021 song "Alcohol-Free." A song is certified gold once it reaches 50 million streams.
With the latest number of streams of their three songs, TWICE has extended their record as the girl group with the most streams in Japan in history, having more than 1.3 billion streams to date.
