V & Jennie's Video Allegedly Captured When Two Idols Were in Waiting Room Circulates Online
On Sept. 16, a seven-second video showing V in a waiting room with a hairstylist behind him started to circulate not only on social media but also on various Korean online communities. In the clip, V can be seen wearing a printed polo shirt and saying, "Do you like it, honey?" to someone on the left side who wasn't captured by the camera. That someone is speculated to be the one who was filming the video and is Jennie.

The background and V's outfit are noteworthy as they are the same as what can be seen in the picture that fueled the dating rumors of the two idols in August. The photo in question supposedly shows BTS V and BLACKPINK Jennie together in a waiting room along with two hairstylists. Jennie can be seen holding an iPhone in front of the mirror and appears to be taking a picture and filming a video.

A Twitter user with the handle @guruminews claimed that Gurumi Haribo (the hacker) is spreading content from V's staff and editing this material to put Jennie in it. They also questioned the quality of the video, saying that if it was recorded using an iPhone, then why is the quality "bad and shaky."
On the popular Korean online forum Nate Pann, one netizen made a post containing V and Jennie's video and an alleged picture of the two idols previously released. They even attached photos of the two on a "date" on Jeju Island.

The netizen wrote, "Seems like there was also a video when she took a picture of him at the makeup shop. Apparently in the video, V was looking at Jennie saying 'do you like it? Wifey?' So Jennie's nickname is 'wifey' hahaha. I acknowledge V as the biggest lovebird."

"Shut Down" now comes behind BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" and BTS' "Yet to Come" (The Most Beautiful Moment).
