As revealed on BTS's official social media sites, Jin received an invite from Coldplay to perform his single "The Astronaut" at the British band's concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Aside from being accompanied by his new travel friend, Wootteo, the newest plush character addition in the BTS family, Jin reunited with an old friend in Argentina.

As posted on Coldplay's Twitter account, Jin has rehearsed with the band as they wholeheartedly prepare for their highly anticipated performance.

During rehearsals, photos circulated like lighting on the Internet, revealing that Jin had reunited with his iconic pink microphone.

Before their Busan concert, the BTS vocalist shared with the fans that his microphone buddy got damaged. In a Weverse post, Jin complimented that his pink microphone "worked hard." However, due to the stage's calling, Jin asks a favor from his friend to remain strong and alive.

Jin temporarily used a green microphone for the Busan concert to give way to his friend's rest.

Some netizens who witnessed Jin and Coldplay's rehearsal confirmed that the 'Moon' singer is using his pink microphone again! ARMYs even commented that the pink microphone is one of Jin's "lucky charm," and hence, should always be with Jin.

BTS Jin Treats ARMYs to a Film-Like Adventure with 'The Astronaut'

Marking his solo debut, BTS Jin releases 'The Astronaut,' a track that highlights a film-like music video, heartwarming and comforting lyrics, and angelic vocals. Coldplay's participation in the song's production proves that anything concerning the Worldwide Handsome is worth the wait!

The song was wrapped with love and relief as Jin shared, "I expressed how I feel about ARMY, who made me who I am as the Jin of BTS. The lyrics are also about me, who flows aimlessly, and you, who find my ARMY."

Incorporating Coldplay's footsteps in the music video, some fans have noticed a parallel between 'The Astronaut' and Coldplay's 'Paradise' music video.

Emotional ARMYs even deconstructed the little girl's role in the music video, as comments suggest that the little girl represents BTS fans and the other six members of BTS.

Truly, this song is Jin's gift to the fans and co-members as he readies himself for enlistment this year. Enveloped with reassurance, BTS Jin communicates through this song that just like an astronaut, he would return to his home after finishing a mission.
