'Peak Time' Episode 9 Recap: 'New Song Battle' Continues With Remaining Performances

In the show's previous episode 8, MV Lee Seung Gi disclosed to the contestants that all rankings were reset, due to the eliminations made on the preceding collab mission.

However, this led to the participants to start fresh on a blank score, which also gave them the chance to give their all for a new score. The program then proceeded to the next mission titled, "New Song Battle," where groups are given brand new songs and make it their own.

To build the pacts, Episode 7's top two remaining squads were split into 10 teams, into two leagues namely, A and B. The five teams inside each league were tasked to compete against each other.

Episode 9 continued where the show left off, providing audiences with the remaining performances. After League B's five teams started the round, League A showed their opponents what they've got through their energetic stages.

League A includes Team 2:00 (NTX), Team 20:00 (M.O.N.T.), Team 24:00 (soloists), Team 11:00 (VANNER), and "Team 7:00" (MASC).
