Fantagio Announces Relocation of ASTRO Moonbin's Memorial Space, Extends Until June
Fantagio has announced new updates regarding Moonbin's memorial space.
On April 28, the agency disclosed that Moonbin's memorial space will be relocated. This decision was made when AROHAs were having difficulties visiting due to its limited time.
Fantagio then decided to extend the time needed for visitation until June 6, giving many supporters a chance to honor Moonbin.
In the statement, Fantagio revealed the location would be transferred to the company building's rooftop, since the memorial space in the front door, parking lot, and backside were only available for visitation until April 30.
Fantagio also stated that the precious gifts and letters from fans will be taken care of to avoid damage. Moreover, Fantagio then reminded everyone to avoid visiting other floors except for the memorial space announced, since there are also tenants inside the building.

"Since many fans encountered difficulties while visiting Moonbin's memorial space, we decided to extend the visitation availability until June 6, which is set to be the 49th day since his passing. This is to let others pay their respects and honor Moonbin longer.
In order to focus on mourning Moonbin, we plan to prepare a memorial spot, which will be moved to a new location. The memorial space will be moved to Fantagio's building rooftop.
This is due to the limited time period on the memorial grounds used in the building's front door, parking lot, and its rear, which were only available until April 30. We kindly ask for your absolute understanding.
As for the treasured gifts and letters that fans have left on the memorial, we are planning to keep and handle it with care to avoid damages. We will also continue to include them in the new memorial space.
We're also kindly reminding everyone to avoid visiting other floors apart from the memorial space, since the building also houses other tenants."
Moonbin passed away on April 19 at the age of 25. His passing left a huge impact on both the K-pop industry and its fan community. Moonbin's tragic departure also caused several programs to honor their broadcasts in his name, while idols were also affected in terms of their schedules.
To pay respects, numerous artists dressed black, and fans spawned dozens of memorial sites around the world. These places include different countries such as London, Philippines, Los Angeles, and many more.
Various idols also took to their social media accounts and expressed their grief. Moonbin's passing also affected the schedule of girl group Billlie, where his younger sister Moon Sua is a member in. Moon Sua also left a letter and a notebook on his memorial.
